Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the micro-energy harvesting system based on piezoelectric effect. This paper first introduces the advantages of piezoelectric effect over electromagnetic or electrostatic collector in energy harvesting, such as simple structure, fast response speed and no external power supply. Then, the practical application of this energy harvesting system is described in detail, including its main composition of piezoelectric materials, vibration sources and circuits, and its application in human sports equipment is illustrated. Then, the paper discusses the structure design of piezoelectric power generation device, including piezoelectric stack, pre-loaded spring, support spring, excitation plate and other components. The paper also calculates the maximum energy absorbed by the load when the load resistance is equal to the equivalent impedance of the piezoelectric stack by mathematical formula. Finally, the paper summarizes the application prospect of piezoelectric effect technology in the situation of increasing energy demand, and predicts its important role in the development of new energy.
