Abstract
In the in-situ heavy metal detection of groundwater, the accuracy of heavy metal measurement is affected by the accuracy of the groundwater injection volume. In this paper, an intelligent induction micro-accuracy injection device was developed for detecting heavy metals in groundwater, in which the STM32G431 is used as the main control chip for the injection device through the plunger pump with primary rapid injection, combined with the dual probe induction circuit to monitor the liquid level changes in the sample pool in real-time, and realized in-situ intelligent induction micro-precision injection of groundwater. The results of the laboratory experiments show that the injection error of the modified device is better than ±5%, and the operation is stable. The device can be applied to the in-situ rapid detection of heavy metals in groundwater and has high scientific and application value.
