Abstract
Based on the current-reuse operational amplifier structure, a high-gain operational amplifier is designed using Gain-boosting technology. The operational amplifier employs a current-reuse structure and Gain-boosting technology, enhancing both transconductance and output impedance, resulting in an increased overall gain. Fabricated using a 0.18μm CMOS process, the operational amplifier's circuit model is constructed in Cadence software and validated through simulation. The low-frequency gain of the operational amplifier is measured at 116dB, with a GBW of 2MHz and a power consumption of 51.5μW. Simulation results demonstrate a significant improvement in gain compared to conventional cascode operational amplifiers.
