Abstract
Rooted on time delay over-complete dictionary and sparsity adaptive matching pursuit (SAMP), a new layered media parameters inversion algorithm is proposed. Without the prior knowledge of signal sparsity, the proposed algorithm is able to execute GPR signal sparse decomposition, estimate signal reflection coefficient and time delay. Different from layer stripping with low estimation accuracy and deconvolution with long execution time, the proposed algorithm has acceptable execution time and higher estimation accuracy.
