Bio gel electric actuator (electric actuator) as a kind of smart material for artificial muscles, has the advantages of low driving voltage, large strain, good biocompatibility, good flexibility, low price, wide application prospect and high academic value, It has great potential application value in actuators, sensors, underwater robots and other offshore engineering and equipment fields. For example, a soft anchor lifting robot based on a dielectric elastomer actuator, and a flexible robot hand claw was made by using bionic artificial muscle. But the micro output force limits its application. In order to improve the output performance of the electric actuator, genipin was used to improve the preparation process of electric actuator in this paper, the effect of the electrically actuated film on the output performance of electric actuator was studied, and the mechanism of electric actuator output force enhancement was analyzed synthetically based on the change of elastic modulus and specific capacitance of the electrically actuated film after cross-linking.
