With the progress of science and technology, the manufacturing industry has ushered in rapid development. The emergence of more difficult-to-machine new materials and alloys has made their corresponding high-quality processing methods a research hotspot in the field of advanced manufacturing. The combined machining of EDM and electrolysis solves the problems caused by EDM and can realize high-quality and high-precision machining with low surface roughness and no recast layer. However, the current summary of EDM-ECM processing technology is not comprehensive enough. In the combined machining of EDM and electrolysis, developing the working platform and improving the working fluid are the keys to realising the combined machining. At the same time, understanding machining mechanism and switching the machining mode is also the key to improving the machining effect. This paper first introduces the improvement of working equipment and the research status of working fluid in EDM-ECM. Secondly, it introduces the application field of EDM-ECM technology. Finally, it discusses the possible future research directions of combined machining and provides research ideas for subsequent researchers.
The adhesive bonding structure is widely used in mechanical structure assembly due to its high connection reliability, low assembly stress, good vibration damping and insulation performance. In the case of large temperature coverage and longterm continuous operation, the creep of adhesive bonding structure is the core factor affecting the stability of mechanical structure. Through experimental testing, an accurate adhesive material parameter constitutive model covering the operating temperature range is constructed. On this basis, the adhesive bonding structure in a certain type of accelerometer is selected for research. Through finite element simulation analysis of the structural creep of the adhesive bonding structure, a finite element simulation model of the creep characteristics of the adhesive bonding structure under the coupling of temperature and magnetic fields is established. The influence law of adhesive process parameters on the stability of mechanical structure at different temperatures is obtained. Finally, based on the response surface method, the adhesive process parameters are optimized and the optimized specific adhesive process parameters are obtained. This article proposes a process method that can effectively improve the stability of mechanical structure, providing a theoretical basis for guiding the formulation and optimization of adhesive bonding process in precision mechanical products.
UAV remote sensing technology is more and more used in topographic map mapping because of its efficient and flexible operation mode, and most of the current remote sensing UAV mapping adopts a single or the same type of UAV joint operation. Taking the Gongqing City Topographic Map Planning Project of Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper adopts two types of UAVs, fixed-wing and multi-rotor, to take aerial photography of the planned survey area according to the oblique and ortho ways, and summarizes the process of image data collection, image data processing, model accuracy verification, digital line drawing production and accuracy verification, and verifies that the image data obtained by fixed-wing and multi-rotor joint remote sensing mapping fully meets the requirements of 1:500 topographic map mapping through accuracy comparison. It shows that UAV remote sensing technology can be applied to the production of large-scale topographic maps.
