For an optical measurement data location abnormal in aerospace Monitoring and Control network, Establish a fusion algorithm based on fuzzy support, combined with the measurement data of the same arc tracking device. This method can effectively calculated the contribution of dynamic weight value, Through reasonable weight distribution, the accurate determination of flight target parameters can be achieved, and the impact of abnormal data on ballistic parameters is avoided, and the characteristics of flight targets are actually described. By application , this method overcomes the weight arithmetic mean method, such as the disadvantages of ballistic parameters is still abnormal after fusion, reduce the uncertainty of the ballistic parameters, restrain the deviation and improve the accuracy of data processing.

Based on the abundant optical image measurement data from the optical measurement information, this paper puts forward the method of evaluating the rocket flight stability performance by using the measurement data of the characteristics of the carrier rocket in imaging. On the basis of the method of measuring the characteristics of the carrier rocket, the attitude parameters of the rocket body in the coordinate system are calculated by using the measurements data of multiple high-speed television sets, and then the parameters are transferred to the rocket body attack angle and it is assessed whether the rocket has a good flight stability flying with a small attack angle. The measurement method and the mathematical algorithm steps through the data processing test, where you can intuitively observe the rocket flight stability state, and also can visually identify the guidance system or failure analysis.
On account of the uncertain factors caused by the uneven performance and precision of the measurement equipment, the complex and changeable environment and climate for flight in optical tracking measurement in space TT&C networks, the paper presents a method using the variance theory to evaluate the dynamic uncertainty of single optical measured exterior trajectory parameters, in order to figure out the transmission sensitivity coefficients of uncertainty, and to fuse trajectory parameters according to the uncertainty transmission law. The calculation and analysis based on actual combat mission data showed that the method can implement data fusion in trajectory layer. And the method had been proved in practical applications. This method not only expands the technique of comprehensive data processing but also provides technical support for the use of decision-making data.
Mathematical analysis model for influence of reference position deviation on carrier rocket take-off drift has been made to tackle the issue on determination of reference position of reticule for optical tracking and measurement of video image in aerospace test range and the variation in rocket take-off drift due to reference position deviation has been subjected to quantitative analysis based on angular error of tracking and lateral error of measuring point as a result of deviation of reference position of reticule cross. The method serves as technical support to quality analysis of rocket take-off deviation measurement data and improvement in data processing precision for carrier rocket take-off drift.

Since serious drift which does not reflect the actual flight condition occurs in the vertical takeoff phase processing, the data calculation is conducted and the results show that a serious system regular deviation that was not recorded in the report actually existing in certain high-speed TV measuring apparatus. The deviation variance model is established to analyze and calculate the influence of regular deviation in system on the drift of launch rocket so as to obtain the influence quantity in a quantitative way. In this paper, the system deviation compensation process is adopted to effectively correct the deviation of the measuring equipment and provide technical support for the success of missions.
