Aiming at the requirements of high resolution intelligent car lights, this paper designs a projection interactive system of automotive headlights based on STM32 and DLP (Digital LightProcessing) technology, which has the functions of real-time video image transmission and human-computer interaction to realize light projection control. STM32F429 series microcontroller is adopted in the system. Based on this design, the man-machine interface realizes the driver's touch screen operation. Wireless communication is realized through Bluetooth module, which makes the interaction more convenient. The total controller based on STM32F429 can process the command from HMI in time and call the image projection function or pedestrian anti-glare function. A video bridge chip is designed to bridge the RGB video signal output by the total controller to Open LDI video signal to realize video transmission. The DLP5531DMD device is used to receive the video signal, and the LED light is reflected to realize the image projection. In this paper, the system hardware platform is built, the system software is designed, and the two functions of projection interaction are tested to confirm that the system control display can meet the design requirements.
