At present, with the rapid growth of social economy, the contradiction between the energy development and environmental protection problems increasing. In order to achieve peak carbon up to 2030 years ago, 2060 years ago, carbon neutral "double carbon" goal, vigorous development of new energy power generation, power alternative technology in various industrial park under the background of the optimization of industrial structure adjustment and energy transformation. Carbon neutral parks focus on the stable and efficient utilization of renewable clean energy, aiming to achieve zero-carbon operation of the industry in the park, but in this process, often faced with insufficient new energy consumption capacity, the park demand response resource potential is not fully tapped, extensive energy system operation and many other problems. Based on the carbon-neutral parks with agricultural production as the main focus, this paper explores the potential of agricultural load in the parks to participate in the demand response, and develops the optimal control strategy of distributed and centralized energy supply in the parks. The purpose is to improve the distributed energy utilization rate and the absorption capacity of renewable energy in the parks, while participating in the demand response to ensure the stable operation of the power grid in the parks.
