Abstract
Based on the green design and manufacturing concept, this article explains the inevitability and feasibility of cutting fluid recovery, introduces the characteristics of dry cutting, and analyzes the new requirements of dry cutting on dry cutting tools, such as the choice of tool materials, optimization of tool geometric parameters, and coating. The application of layer technology on cutting tools; briefly describes the optimization of the machine tool structure to meet the new requirements of dry cutting on the machine tool; takes hard turning as an example to introduce the dry cutting processing technology; briefly explains the dry cutting technology in the processing method and processing The application of materials, finally introduced the current cutting-edge technology of dry cutting technology and its principle.
