Abstract
In order to improve the ability of heavy wheeled vehicles to pass soft pavement, a boot-type all-terrain walking mechanism mounted under the wheels is proposed. The simulation software named RecurDyn is used to establish the vehicle model and soft ground model for the six-axle wheeled truck equipped with a walking mechanism, and carry out the driving simulation under the hard road, sandy road, muddy road and snow and ice road. Through the simulation, the kinetic information such as the motion speed and slip amount of walking on the complex surface when the boot-type all-terrain walking mechanism is used can be obtained. Verify the performance of the new boot-type all-terrain walking mechanism.
